Client Remodel Goals

This home remodel project located in Ann Arbor, MI included an update to the look of their kitchen. They asked us to create a more open layout that was bright and inviting.

Our Design Solutions

Our design solution was to remove the wall cabinets between the kitchen and dining area and to use frameless cabinets in a warm almond color to make the kitchen really open and inviting. We used bronze light fixtures and created a unique peninsula to give a new take on a traditional kitchen.

The kitchen backsplash tile by Adex is the Hampton Bone Bevele  and countertops came from Solid Surfaces Unlimited. The color is Highland Quartz. The kitchen cabinetry is by Brookhaven. It's the Presidio Recessed design in Slivered Almond. Flooring is 4” Wide Hickory in Bona Walnut stain.

The bathroom has cabinets by Wellborn. The style is Upton Furniture Valley and the finish is Sage. The vanity top is Alaskan White Quart by Solid Surfaces Unlimited.
