We believe in the power of being prepared. During the design phase of your remodeling project, we’ll work closely with you to understand your budget and the scope of your project. We offer a fixed-price contract so that you know what you’ll be spending before heading into the build phase. The only way you will pay extra is if you add to your scope of work, or we find unforeseen conditions. These are items that are typically buried in walls, floors and the ground. We provide a contingency and we can typically tell when we might encounter these issues.
