Relocating the kitchen reshaped the first floor around light, movement, and connection, creating a more open relationship with the den and dining room. A repositioned side entrance made room for a dedicated mudroom, giving everyday comings and goings a landing place of their own.

A Whole-Home Remodel That Continues the Home's Own Story
Upstairs, reworking the footprint brought more breathing room to both bathrooms. Reconfiguring the hall linen cabinet expanded the hall bathroom, while a primary-bedroom bump-out created a larger primary bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower.
