An Important Message from Jef Forward - Covid-19 Operations Update 5/1/2020
Thank You!
I want to start this message off by expressing my gratitude to everyone who has reached out to share words of encouragement during this challenging time. Thank you! If there is a silver lining to this cloud, it’s that our business was and is prepared to weather this storm.
Back to Work on May 7th!!
The Governor has opened residential construction to start on May 7th! We are excited to get back to work, and will be updating our procedures very soon!
Our Current Status
We are OPEN for business! However, it certainly is not business as usual. We are following the Governors Stay Home Stay Safe order. To that end, our office is closed - but we are working remotely from our homes.
Our Project Coordinators are fielding emails and phone calls from people interested in loving their home again. :)
Our Project Designers are still working and progressing with fun and creative design solutions, as well as material selections for our current clients.
Our Project Managers are adjusting and finessing their project schedules and material orders.
Our Team
During this transition, Monica and I have been impressed with the diligence and loyalty of our talented FDBR team. It’s through their hard work and commitment to delighting customers that we will survive this shut down and emerge stronger for the experience.
One of our company’s core values is to “Stay Curious” and we embody this value by embracing new technologies. Our video conferencing capabilities, along with our web-based project and construction management tools have enabled us to transition seamlessly to a remote work environment.
You and Your Home
As you linger around your home, I encourage you to reach out to us with any frustrations you may be experiencing with the physical space. This is the ideal time to begin planning your next remodeling project—and Forward Design Build Remodel is ready, willing and able to assist.
In conclusion, please accept my heartfelt wishes for continued resilience in the midst of this crisis. I hope you all stay home, stay strong, safe and healthy.
Warm wishes,
Jef Forward
