These are installed just like a post hole digger, twisted into the soil until the proper pressure rating is achieved.

To bear the weight of the house to appropriate soil, we need to install 36 helical piers, between 22-30 feet into the ground. The middle stack is the extensions, and to the left, are the helical piers.

The pier is at the start of install and will be buried another 20 plus feet.
