Client Goals
Okay, bottom line this existing house is gorgeous both inside and out. It's filled with beautiful details from the early twenties. It's full of charm and wonder considering the age of the home. It's graced with large rooms, natural light, and very specific and quaint details.
One issue with the house was that the house lacked a true master suite; the homeowners desired a functioning walk-in closet and a comfortable master bathroom — complete with a walk-in shower.
The Master Suite Plan
We converted two bedrooms into a master suite with a full walk-in closet in master bath. The challenge with this scenario was to maintain all of the existing windows in their current locations, as well as to locate the plumbing without tearing into the ceiling and walls in the room below.
The Details
Attention to detail throughout the bathroom was a must - from shower tile to vanity hardware.
The Result
By working to enhance the quaint charm and functionality of the house, we created a unique living space to be enjoyed for years to come!
