Your key responsibilities encompass providing invaluable build-ability and assembly expertise, meticulously red-lining drawings, staying abreast of building codes, and providing unwavering support to estimators.
Your impact is felt from the foundation up, participating in as-built site measures, confirming structural and mechanical conditions, and ensuring every drawing aligns with our commitment to excellence. Beyond the drawing board, you'll be a problem-solving ally to the build team during the construction phase.
To thrive in this role, we seek individuals with a minimum of 10 years of construction experience or a decade in architecture experience. A profound understanding of current building codes and the ability to hand-draw construction details are essential.
