Larchmont Traditional

Our clients were looking to improve their kitchen in a number of ways. They wanted to increase the amount of natural light, improve the mud room and entry sequence, and improve the look and functionality of the kitchen. Our solution was to relocate the laundry room to the second floor to create a dedicated mud room with shoe and coat storage. We also enlarged the kitchen window and added a new cabinet layout that features a large island with seating, a coffee bar, tall cabinet storage, and a pass-through to the dining room over the counter top.

This remodel focuses on the kitchen and entry area for typical builder layout. We made minor modifications to the layout and replaced all of the finishes, cabinets, and appliances to create the look and functionality that best suits the homeowners' lifestyle. The kitchen now features a contrasting island with seating, a coffee bar, a pass though behind the stove to the dining room, and built-in entry cabinets and hanging space.
