A Successful Award Season for Forward Design Build Remodel

Design and remodeling award season is here, and it did not disappoint! This year, Forward Design Build Remodel has been honored with: 

  • Contractor of the Year (CotY) 

  • Best of Houzz, Service 

  • Best of Houzz, Design

This recognition comes not only from the Ann Arbor community but on a national level, and we’re so proud of our team for their hard work and outstanding commitment.

Contractor of the Year

CotY Awards are presented by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) to remodelers who’ve demonstrated excellence in their craft. Entries are submitted and judged in forty-eight different categories, divided by region and type of project. We received our award for a project in the Residential Kitchen Over $150,000 category. These are considered the premier awards for the remodeling industry, and receiving one is truly an honor.

Best of Houzz

Houzz, an online community dedicated to providing inspiration and connecting homeowners to local, quality remodelers, presents two types of awards each year: Best of Service and Best of Design. 

The Best of Service Award is given to remodelers who receive many positive reviews from their past clients, and Best of Design is given when homeowners frequently save images of their projects. This year, Forward has the rare distinction of receiving both!
