This unique floor finishing method is an extremely eco-friendly product.

This clear liquid has iron oxide in it, which reacts with the wood to create an incredible coloring effect.  The product we are using is by Monocoat and the color is "fumed".

The oiling process is extensive and once complete the floors will need to be grinder and polished.
